For all packages booked inclusive of Hotel facilities, we strongly advise booking at the time of your reservation or in advance to look after you ideal timings. 

If Spa treatments are not booked at the time of reservation we would ask all guests to contact the Spa directly in advance of your stay. 
We cannot reserve appointments in our Spa from your online booking. The Hotel will not be held responsible for dinner and/or treatments included in your stay which are not pre-booked but will endeavour to look after all guests to the best of our ability.

The management reserves the right to close any area of the Spa or Thermal facilities without prior notice for essential maintenance.
